Job Description
For our structural development and our Human Resources Department at our new production site in Obiliq / Kosovo, we are looking for an:
 
HR Coordinator - Part-Time (m/f/d) 
 
You will be happy to take over the following tasks:
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare necessary documentation for new hires.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
  • Coordinate health and benefit plans for employees
  • Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and guide employees on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
 
We would be delighted if you possess the following skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, law, or related field.
  • 2+ years of working experience in preferably in an international company in the related field of HR.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Very good knowledge in using relevant HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to support employee relations.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
