Job Description

For our structural development at our production site in Obiliq / Kosovo, we are looking for an Office Administrator who will support our local office operations and assist with administrative tasks for the Kosovo site.

You will be happy to take over the following tasks:

• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for management and staff.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, managing reception duties with a welcoming and professional approach.
• Support the Plant Manager by attending meetings, taking notes, and preparing meeting minutes.
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and company documentation.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
