Job Description

For our structural development at our production site in Obiliq / Kosovo, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Employee who will support and monitor quality processes, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives at the site.

You will be happy to take over the following tasks:

• Check the quality of the components in production based on specified test plans.
• Carry out laboratory tests typical of components, which will lead to the release of the component for deliver
• Create factory test reports for the orders or call-offs coming from production.
• Check the quality of the delivered materials using specified test plans.
• Create test reports based on the previously taken measurements.
• Process complaints, prepare reports and, if necessary, check the effectiveness of the implemented corrective measures.
• Enter data and information into our system, appropriate forms, and templates.
• Provide information about the day-to-day operations of the company to gather accurate data

We would be delighted if you possess the following skills:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• A completed technical degree or completed vocational training in a technical profession, ideally in the textile-technical field.
• Professional experience in quality assurance areas, desirably in the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reading technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of the English language/ German is a plus.
• Team spirit and a structured and independent way of working as well as willingness to perform, diligence and reliability.
